If you want to play on tick, play on any of the clients that run it, there's plenty to choose from.

If you're playing MongoVision CS: GO at x on a DX2 66 with 4MB RAM then you shouldn't be allowed on competitive at all, then that's just gonna screw over other servers with tick that aint 90's throwbacks. Valve just needs to realize that the "hit registration" is matchmaking awful at 60 tick that even pro players struggle to get frags in MM.
